Returns and Exchanges

All ready-to-ship jewellery is exchangeable within 7 days of receiving your order. It must be returned unworn and in its original packaging. Please note, the returns cost is the responsibility of the buyer.

In compliance with UK Health and Hygiene regulations, Chloe Cole Jewellery cannot accept the return of pierced items such as earrings.

As all bespoke pieces are made to order I am unable to offer exchanges or returns. A lot of time & love is put into each piece I make, so if you are unhappy with your jewellery please contact me.
